POLICY AGREEMENT

Cancellation Policy

  • You must provide 30 days’ notice if you wish to cancel/change your package.

  • If walks are cancelled due to holidays or other reasons, the missed walks will be credited to your account and can be used on other days within the same billing period (e.g., extra walks the week before or after).

  • While priority booking is included, it cannot always be guaranteed due to scheduling limitations.

  • All walks require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If a walk is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full walk fee will be charged.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are collected via card payment at the start of each billing period.

  • Packages automatically renew each 4-weeks unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

  • If you are on a package, you can still add additional walks beyond your package. These extra walks will be charged at our standard rate.

Social Media Consent Agreement

I/we consent for images of our pet/s to be posted on Dog Almighty Limited’s social media pages and website. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and on the website.

Off-Leash Agreement

I/we also consent for our dog/s to walk off-leash during walks with Dog Almighty Limited. Should my/our dog not respond to recall and fail to return after all reasonable attempts have been made using Dog Almighty Limited's training methods, I/we do not hold Dog Almighty Limited responsible for any consequences. Dog Almighty Limited will always use the best common sense and discernment to ensure that dogs are walked off-leash only in the safest environments. The safety and well-being of my/our dog/s is always the top priority.

Client Agreement

Emergency Veterinary Care

In the event of an emergency where I/we or the emergency contacts cannot be reached, I/we give permission for Dog Almighty Limited to seek veterinary treatment for my/our pet/s as required. I/we accept full liability for any veterinary expenses incurred during my/our pet's time in Dog Almighty Limited’s care.

Liability and Insurance

I/we accept full liability for any loss, damage, or unacceptable behaviour caused by my/our dog/s while being walked or visited at my/our home. I/we also agree to pay any excess incurred through Dog Almighty Limited’s public liability insurance in the event of such issues.

Property Key Agreement

I/we have entrusted a key/s to Dog Almighty Limited to access my/our property, and I/we understand that this key will only be used as agreed upon. The key will be returned to me/us upon request.

Acknowledgement

By signing this agreement, I/we confirm that I/we have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Service Agreement.
